1. The Promoter The competition is promoted and operated by Autism Homeschooling Mail Club, PO BOX 5044, Eastern Creek, NSW, Australia. 2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by law. The competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their entry is lawful in their country of residence.
• Winners outside Australia are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and compliance with their country's local laws.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent if required in their jurisdiction.
• Entry is primarily via a qualifying purchase as detailed in Section 4. In addition, active paid members of the Autism Homeschool Mail Club receive (1) one automatic bonus entry per month as a thank-you benefit.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

3. Entry Period

• The entry prize draw period runs on a monthly basis.
• The entry date for each monthly draw opens at 00:00 AEST on the 28th day of each month.
• The closing date for each monthly draw ends at 23:59 AEST on the 27th day of the following month.
• Any entries received after the closing deadline for a given month will automatically be entered into the following month's draw.

4. How to Enter

To enter a specific monthly draw, you must:

1. Make one (1) purchase of any product priced at $14.95 AUD or higher from the Autism Homeschool Mail Club store at its normal retail value during the relevant Entry Period. The purchase must be completed and processed via the official website. Each qualifying purchase grants one (1) entry into that month's draw.
2. Membership Bonus + Purchase Entries:

Active paid members of the "Autism Homeschool Mail Club" subscription will receive one (1) automatic bonus entry into each monthly draw for the full duration of their paid membership period (e.g., renewed monthly = one bonus entry per month). This is provided as a thank-you for ongoing support.                                                                    If an active member also makes a qualifying store purchase (priced at $14.95 AUD or higher) during the Entry Period, they will receive one (1) additional entry for that purchase (in addition to their membership bonus entry).

3. Special Multi-Month Entry Products:

Certain products priced above $14.95 AUD are designated as Special Multi-Month Entry Products. These products provide automatic entries spread across multiple months instead of concentrating multiple entries into a single month.

Examples include:

• • MULTI-ENTRY-5M ($49.95): Grants one (1) automatic entry into each of the next five (5) consecutive monthly draws (commencing the month after the purchase month).
  • MULTI-ENTRY-2M: Grants two (2) automatic entries spread over two consecutive monthly draws.

Full details of any Special Multi-Month Entry Product (including exact entry allocation) are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

The 'Autism Homeschool Mail Club' membership provides genuine independent value through monthly personalised encouragement letters and resources tailored for autistic/neurodivergent homeschool children. Entry into the prize draw is an additional benefit and not the primary purpose of the membership.

4. Free resources and $0 Products

Free digital downloads, sample resources, and any products offered at $0.00 are provided purely as helpful educational materials for autism homeschooling families.

Downloading or obtaining these free items does not constitute an entry into any giveaway or monthly prize draw. Only entries received through the official methods described in Section 4 (qualifying paid purchases and active membership bonus) will be accepted.

Entry Limit: Except for Special Multi-Month Entry Products (which are governed by point 3 above), each individual purchase made during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) entry into that month's draw. If a participant makes multiple purchases, they will receive multiple entries (e.g., 3 standard purchases = 3 entries from purchases, plus any membership bonus and any multi-month entries from special products).

Fraudulent Entry: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits entries in a manner contrary to these terms, or uses automated means, bots, or fraudulent methods to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entries it reasonably suspects have been made fraudulently.

5. The Prize

• The prize for each month is the specific item(s) listed on the Announcement bar of Home page and on Home page on the Promoter's website and social media channels.
• The prize value is under $10,000 AUD per draw
• Prizes will be as described on the website at the time of entry and may include homeschool resources, books, art supplies, or similar homeschool-supporting items valued up to $900 AUD and subject to change at Promoter's discretion.
• Prizes are subject to availability; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
• Prizes are subject to change with notice; entrants should check the website for the current prize.
• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative item, cash equivalent, or credit note.
• No Changes: The winner cannot request a different size, color, or variation of the prize item.
• Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address free of charge within 30 days of the prize being claimed. The Promoter is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or shipping delays incurred once the item has been dispatched; these are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Winners outside Australia are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Judging Criteria: This is a game of chance. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date to ensure fairness. 
• Draw Date: The draw will take place within 1 day of the monthly closing date.
• Draw Method: The draw will be conducted by a child participant (or nominee) in a supervised, fair manner. All valid entry details (e.g., names or assigned numbers) will be placed in an opaque container/s. The child (or nominee) will randomly draw one (or more) entry from the container/s without sight or influence. The process will be photographed or video-recorded (with privacy respected) for verification purposes if needed.
• Notification Method: The winner will be notified via email only using the email address used to purchase the "Autism Homeschool Mail Club" membership. Notification will occur within 48 hours of the draw.
• Bounced Emails / Undeliverable: If the notification email bounces, is returned as undeliverable, or is marked as spam, the Promoter will attempt to contact the winner one additional time via email. If this second attempt also fails, the winner may forfeit their prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner or re-draw.
• Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to claim their prize within 1 month of the notification being sent.
• Unclaimed Prize: If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within this 1-month period, or if the prize is undeliverable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and either conduct a re-draw to select a new winner or donate the prize to a charitable cause of the Promoter's choosing.

7. Data Protection & Publicity

• By entering, you agree to join the Autism Homeschool mailing list. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used by the Promoter in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Your information will be used to administer the competition and for future marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• By entering, the winner agrees (where lawful and unless prohibited by law) to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities initiated by the Promoter. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of their name, city/state/province of residence, and country, as well as photographs or social media handles, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media (including social media announcements) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

• Where this competition is promoted via social media platforms (including but not limited to tiktok, Facebook or X), entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Any information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoter and not to the platform. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the social media platform.

9. General Conditions

• Tax Implications: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.
• Force Majeure: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition or these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or natural disasters.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
• The Promoter's Liability: is limited to the extent permitted by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the ACL that cannot be excluded.
• Any disputes arising from this competition will be resolved under the laws of New South Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in NSW courts.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Permits: As the total prize value is under $10,000 AUD, a permit is not required in New South Wales for this trade promotion lottery.
• The Promoter's decision: is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
• The Promoter will retain records of entries, draw process, and winner selection for at least 3 years.
