Shipping & Delivery
1. When do I need to order by to receive this month's mail?
- A: All orders must be placed by the 26th of the month to be included in that month's shipment. Orders placed after the 26th will be included in the following month's mail.
2. How do you ship the mail club envelopes?
- A: Shipping is handled via Australia Post as either a stamped letter in an envelope or lightweight parcel. This is a reliable, cost-effective service that does not include package tracking,
3. Is there a tracking number?
- A: No, to keep shipping costs low, we use standard Australia Post. This service does not include tracking, which is normal for letter-style domestics and international mail.
4. How long will it take?
- A: Varies, Australia Post network can take from 7 - 14 days from dispatch, however sometimes it can take up to 30 days. You'll receive an email notification when your mail has been dispatched.(Excludes e.g. flight delays, road closures or transport network disruptions outside our control).
5. My mail hasn't arrived, what do I do?
- A: Please allow a full 30 days to receive mail, if you have not received by then, please email us and we'll assist.
6. When do shipments go out?
- A: All envelopes are shipped out on the last day of the month (e.g. 31st of the month).
7. Can I change my address after I order?
- A: All Address changes can only be made if requested before the 26th cutoff for that month's mail. Please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Are shipping costs included?
- A: Yes 100%, Australia Post shipping fee is included in cost of the membership price across domestic and international destinations.
Autism Homeschool Membership Club
1. What kind of items can I expect my child to receive?
- A: That's the surprise, you'll be as surprised as I am lol. Lucien has recently asked to add trading cards so I'm off on new adventures now, share what I do to help other mum's 'n' dads, help kids smile...like the encouragement letter and send fun things...he likes sensory thingy's.
2. How do you choose what goes into each month's mail?
- A: With Lucien as my guide, he gives me verbal/non-verbal cues on what to include or not. He's my quality assurance checker (e.g. his facial expression or body language said's everything) :P
3. Will i receive the same as everybody else?
- A: Yes, the main core items from month-to-month however variations may arise. For example stickers, one month could be 'cute cat's', then the next month it's 'cute hamster's'.
4. Is this mail membership only for Autism children, in homeschooling?
- A: No, All homeschooling children are 100% Welcome!! However this is a World's 1st known Autism focused Homeschooling Mail Club, of it's kind, to bring mindfulness, encouragement, openness share dialogue, resources and to bring to life Lucien's core belief in wanting to help others, in a safe learning homeschool environment ((hugs)).
5. Is it suitable for other neurodivergent kids too?
- A: Of course, this space is 'our shared strength' and we will continue to grow through engagement with our core aim in bringing encouragement and help to children and families worldwide ^-^
6. My child is homeschooled but we follow a different curriculum. Will the resources still be useful?
- A: Absolutely! For example every child walks through varied levels of emotion, just like Lucien, this space 'honors their uniqueness' by sharing emotional resources month-by-month as part of helping both children and parents through different coping and learning strategies.
7. Will you offer any discounts for long-term subscribers in mail club (e.g. 6 months)?
- A: Yes, we are open to review our mail club offer in future, especially for our long-term subscribers. We are new and open to this on-line experience and honestly look to help as many children as we can, connected to 'our safe space'. We excitingly launch our 1st month from April 2026 and look forward to what the future brings!!!
8. Can I use the same membership for more than one child?
- A: Yes, When purchasing 1 x membership subscription, you can select the 'correct quantity'. For example if you sign-up as 1 x mail club monthly subscriber with 2 x children select quantity as 2 x envelopes.
9. I’m a grandparent — can I subscribe on behalf of my grandchild’s family?
- A: Yes of course, as a grandparent, loved ones you’re more than welcome to subscribe on behalf of your grandchild’s family. Many grandparents do this as a loving gift.
You can have the monthly packages sent directly to their home, and we’ll happily include a personal message from you in the first delivery- pls add your kind and appropriate message in cart notes before purchase, we'll ensure message is passed through.
10. Can I pause or cancel anytime?
- A: Yes, log into your account and pause or cancel before the 26th of the month to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
